The original text of Bishala in Ethiopia is Bishaan Dawala, which means water and wind chime! It is carefully selected from the high-altitude essence production areas of Guji. Two years after the launch of Bishala, every time it is launched, it is sold out. As the name suggests, the beans are clear, clean and bright, flowing straight into the heart like mountain spring water.

Following the unfavorable 2022 production season, we finally ushered in the wonderful 2023 production season. This production season, we visited Ethiopia several times, going back and forth to the production area several times each time, and it finally paid off. The first batch of water wind chimes is selected from a production area with an altitude of over 2,300 meters.
