The original text of Bishala in Ethiopia is Bishaan Dawala, which means water and wind chime! It is carefully selected from the high-altitude essence production areas of Guji. Two years after the launch of Bishala, every time it is launched, it is sold out. As the name suggests, the beans are clear, clean and bright, flowing straight into the heart like mountain spring water. The flavors of lemon peel, white peach, orange peel and bergamot constantly impact the taste buds. The thorough and willful oscillating taste sensations are constantly stacked, as clear and lingering as the sound of wind chimes, echoing the theme of water, and climaxing one after another.
Following the unfavorable 2022 production season, we finally ushered in the wonderful 2023 production season. This production season, we visited Ethiopia several times, going back and forth to the production area several times each time, and it finally paid off. The first batch of water wind chimes is selected from a production area with an altitude of over 2,300 meters. When opened, the crazy clear lychee, peach and gardenia penetrate into the nasal cavity, directly breaking the theme of the 2023 production season water wind chimes with a sweet and clear movement. It is sweet and solid. It’s versatile and really delicious.
