Ethiopia is the birthplace of the Nile River, and the most unforgettable thing about the washed Yirgacheffe is the rich, delicate and changeable elegant floral rhythm. We thought of this and named it Botabaa, Ababa Bota in Ethiopia, which means garden.

The first appearance in 2018 left an excellent score of 95 in Coffee Review. The 2020 production season was aggravated by the sudden epidemic, and as a result, Botabaa was not launched throughout the year. Beginning in 2021, we have spent a lot of effort and capital to finally stabilize the rare source of Yirgacheffe.
