Lay Coffee Estate is a distinguished coffee farm located near Pai in Mae Hong Son province, part of the high‑altitude coffee-growing region of northern Thailand. Owned by Lay Wiritphon Chokphattarachai, the estate is nestled around 1,400 m above sea level in Mae Hi village.

At the Thai Specialty Coffee Awards (SCATH) 2023, Lay Wiritphon received prestigious recognition in both processing categories. He earned 2nd place in the Washed Process category with a cupping score of 88.85 (Code: A23026), and 7th place in the Natural Process category with a score of 87.13 (Code: A23139), affirming his status as one of Thailand’s leading specialty coffee producers.
