Lay Coffee Estate is a distinguished coffee farm located near Pai in Mae Hong Son province, part of the high‑altitude coffee-growing region of northern Thailand. Owned by Lay Wiritphon Chokphattarachai, the estate is nestled around 1,400 m above sea level in Mae Hi village.

At the Thai Specialty Coffee Awards (SCATH) 2023, Lay Wiritphon earned prestigious recognition in both processing categories: he won 2nd place in the Washed Process category with a cupping score of 88.85 (Code: A23026), and 7th place in the Natural Process category with a score of 87.13 (Code: A23139), both from coffee grown in Huamaeyen, Mae Hi Subdistrict, Pai District, Mae Hong Son Province—affirming his status as one of Thailand’s leading specialty coffee producers.
